The Luna Capsule in Semporna has private bathrooms with showers that are truly amazing! They even provide complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. As someone with physical handicaps, these private facilities made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

Personally, I found the only downside to be the hair dryers provided. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I couldn't believe the value for money I got at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was great too, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. One time, I got lost while exploring the nearby Bukit Tengkorak, and they guided me back to the hotel with patience and a smile. It felt like having my very own personal navigation system!

Staff could improve professionalism.

We had a fantastic stay at Luna Capsule in Sandakan. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for us. They even sent something we had left behind at the hostel in Semporna to us on the bus the following day. the beds were comfortable and the location was great, with excellent local food nearby and shops within walking distance. the toilet was clean and the wifi worked really well. It's a perfect place for budget backpackers who want a comfortable place to sleep. we were very satisfied with our stay. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🙌.
